Is the planner really free?
Yes. Organise projects, rooms, materials, budgets, quotes and tasks without a subscription. You can also export a brief and download editable project backups.
What uses a credit?
One image generation uses one credit. Exploring the planner, editing a budget or collecting references does not use credits. Studio shows the cost before you generate.
Can I try image generation before buying?
Create an account and verify your email to receive three free standard renders. Email verification is required; no card is needed for the trial.
What is different between the plans?
The main difference is the number of included credits. Choose an allowance based on the spaces, directions and refinements you expect to explore. The planner is included in every plan.
How does annual billing work?
The annual amount is charged for the year; the table shows the plan’s monthly credit allowance. Review the credit schedule, full amount and terms at checkout before confirming.
Do I need a subscription for a few images?
No. The 10-credit pack costs £10 as a one-time purchase. It can suit a small, one-off exploration without a subscription.
What happens if a generation fails?
Confirmed service failures return the credit for that generation. If a job is still processing, check its status before submitting again. A completed result uses its credit even if you want to try another direction.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Manage your subscription through the billing options in your account. Review your renewal date and applicable terms before confirming changes.
Are consulting services included?
No. Scope, budget and quote reviews, and any professional service, require a separate proposal with agreed price, availability and terms.
Can I use a generated image as a construction plan?
No. Results are visual concepts and may change measurements or details. A professional must verify technical information and local requirements before building work begins.
